Epic Jpeg signs are created entirely in house and are made in the U.S.A of high quality materials that enable us to ensure the highest quality images.
We start by CNC machining and cutting high grade 3/4″ baltic birch multi-ply plywood. This is not the same plywood you can buy at big box home improvement stores. There are many thin layers and virtually no voids to ensure the wood machines and cuts cleanly and creates a beautiful, interesting, stable and high quality finished product.
Picture hanging slots are machined into the back of the wood which ensures the image can be flush mounted onto any wall and there is no hanger to ever come loose or break.
Your sign will be UV printed and cured directly to the surface of the wood which ensures a permanent high quality image that will not fade, run or warp over time.
One of the interesting and unique features of the Epic Jpeg UV printed wooden signs is that there is minimal wood grain with the baltic birch and some of the wood grain will be slightly visible under your image.
